Dr. Alex currently directs The Center For Drug Discovery at Northeastern University in Boston, which he founded in 2005. His work there is the forefront of medicine development, drawing on his research into the endocannabinoid system, and his development of synthetic cannabinoids. His research has been reported in over 470 publications, and his working group has filed more than 40 patents for their pioneering breakthroughs.
