Return Policy
We offer free Standard Shipping of all products within the United States (with the exception of states where CBD are illegal or banned).
We ship internationally to countries where CBD shipment is legal.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING:
Free standard shipping is offered vis USPS, FEDEX and/or UPS. Delivery will ordinarily take between 3 and 12 days depending on your location. Standard shipping orders are processed the same day as received, except when orders are received after noon Pacific Time on Friday and on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
In addition to Free Standard Shipping, we also offer 2-day and overnight expedited shipping options. Expedited Shipping orders are processed the same day as received, except that Expedited Shipping orders received after noon Pacific Time on Friday or on weekends will be shipped the following Monday. Expedited shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process.
ORDERS OVER $350:
For orders over $350, we require a signature for delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during the day to accept shipment or call us at 213-797-0975 to arrange for delivery.
CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel or change your order within 30 minutes of placing the order by emailing us at info@drasunshine.com or calling 213-797-0975. For requested changes thereafter, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order may not be available to be shipped, in which case you be informed by email and will not be billed for those items.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING:
On holidays, USPS, FedEx and UPS may be closed or offer reduced service. In such cases we will inform you of any changes in our shipping options or expected delivery times.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on drasunshine.com, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase by calling us at 213-797-0975. Our staff will be happy to help you find a product to better suit your needs or refund your purchase price.
For unopened merchandise, a free return label will be provided to you via email. Only products purchased on drasunshine.com may be returned for refund or exchange.
If any damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 213-797-0975. Please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
